How can I get a flat tummy, HELP!?

Someone told me working out wont help.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend cutting bread and stuff like that out of your diet…those are essential. Maybe just try to get whole wheat instead of white bread. Just make sure you don’t eat things high in fat, if you’re looking at things maybe try getting the slimmer thing, and don’t eat candy and whatnot. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruit instead of other things, but definitely don’t cut fat out of your diet…just keep it lower than you normally would. Don’t be tempted at things that are bad for you. Drink water or milk instead of sugary juices or other things, and maybe even green/white tea. Your diet is an important thing for this.
For fitness, you could run, do crunches – only lifting your shoulders up, not picking up your back if your back hurts while doing them. Give it time, and don’t expect fast results. Any excercise will end up cutting fat in your belly pretty much. For the sides of your waist, try side bridghes – lay on your side, but rest on your elbow with your body elevated, so just your feet and elbow are touching the ground. Make sure that your body is held straight, and not slumping down.
Lots of crunches, and sit ups. Try holding your stomach muscles tight as much as you can. Deep breathing. Diet and exercise.

I’ll I can say is exercise. If you like sports then I would try out for a school team. Try to limit how much candy or junk food that you eat. I also know that running will improve your shape.
go on a low carb diet… meaning, don’t eat bread, rice, anything containing sugar….. only eat fruits vegetables, lean meats.. everything that u know that will make u gain weight don’t eat it… and exercise… if u can get to a gym even better… at your age you will lose it fast if u dedicate yourself to this diet and exercise plan… everything takes hard work but you can do it…. good luck sweetheart… oh and do crunches for your belly… they work….

im 16 and im having the same problem so i started this thing were after every meal i count how many calories it was and exercize how ever many calories was in that meal you should burn 100 more calories than it was and drink lots of water within a week i lost 12 pounds and dont worry it is healthy as long as you eat well good luck sweety
