		<description>You need to burn off the layer of fat that is obscuring your stomach muscles, running and cycling is good for cardio. 

And then lots of toning - google &#039;the plank&#039; which is a move that dancer do to keep thier stomach and back aligned gving them a nice flat stomach. 

Also swimming is excellent as this includes cardio and toning. 

Your weight is good, so do lots  and lots of crunches (remembering not to neglect side crunhces) between now and the wedding. 

Also swap your snacks for fruit and veggies, which will help.

		<description>hey...i&#039;m 13 and a bit taller..i use to do sit up and hla hoops helped alot

but don&#039;t do mor than 20 sit-up in the first say...gradually increase the amouts of times becuase your ody is not used to having to excersice so much...
hula hoop is esy but it&#039;ll take time to see resualts...hope  i helped</description>

		<description>5 or less days is not very realistic, but to get the best results in this amount of time...do some sit ups and get in some extra cardio.  Stay away from processed foods and drink plenty of water.  Good luck!</description>
