How can I get a flat tummy?
I can do 30min to an hour a day. But, I need some program or something telling me what to do. Can you help? I am 14 and I weigh123 pounds. I like my weight okay, I just want a flat tummy. Both my sisters do. One was born and will always be that way the other stopped eating for awhile. She’s good now. But, I don’t want to do it that way. I want a healthy way to do it. Some kind of workout or something.

I will suggest the same thing I suggest to anyone who wants to lose weight and tone their body: stairs.
Find yourself nice long stairs to walk up and down at. You could do it every other day. I also suggest changing your diet if you haven’t yet to something more healthy.
Oatmeal in the morning
Salad or grilled chicken in the afternoon
tuna at night
Make sure you eat some sort of healthy snacks in between, that way your body’s metabolism learns to burn calories more efficiently.
This process is a hard one, but with enough will power you could do it.

Anytime you sit in front of the television make sure you do sit-ups and leg lifts to get extra tone.
You need to burn fat from the entire body (unfortunately you can’t just sit down and loose belly fat), so any aerobic activity will do that. Swimming, going for a brisk walk (just as good as a run and doesn’t kill your joints), rowing, dancing, martial arts and anything else you’ll do that gets your heart beating will help you burn fat.
To build and tone muscle in the abdominal region you’ll need to combine sit ups, crunches, and side bends. Crunches on their own aren’t really enough to give you a killer 6 pack. Do three reps of 15 each to start. If you do that every day, or every other day, you’ll notice that you begin to lose fat from the entire body, and you begin to develop muscle in the ab region. As long as you drink lots of water and have a healthy diet you’ll see a flat tummy in no time.
