How can I get a killer flat stomach and less than two monthes?
I’m 5’5” and weigh 145 pounds. I don’t care what I weigh I just want an amazing looking stomach and an amazing body to go with it before school starts. I’m starting my diet tomorrow. What do I do to get an an amazing body in less han two months (what exercises and what to eat)? How to I stay motivated to keep up with it?
You’ll need to do cardio to burn the excess weight from your stomach area, so start with jogging, follow it up with exercises that focus on your core (crunches, reverse crunches, plank pose). Keep your heart rate up, and try to get through 3 sets of each exercise without taking a break between. Self.com has good instructional videos for exercises that target a specific area, and good meal plans. Stay away from empty calories (soda, juice, fast food) and try to eat high protein, high fiber foods, vegetables, fruits, lean meats, legumes, fish. Good luck!

Try "Get six pack abs in six minutes on your couch" on youtube. I’ve been doing the exercises for two weeks now, gradually building up to the twenty reps suggested and I’ve been noticing results already. And run. Running tones muscle.
Eat a lot of raw vegetables and drink lots of water.
Staying motivated, well, exercise while you watch TV. But once you start getting some results, if you’re anything like me, you’ll find yourself motivated.
ok im going to sound like a spammer but ive been taking this stuff Apidexin and its been working pretty good for me. a girl your size shouldnt use it too much. its all over the web but it costs about 40 a bottle. also, watch your calorie intake and exercise daily. crunches work pretty good but dont burn fat. i learned that from past experiences. good luck at achieving your goal =) and again, i am not advertising that product haha just a suggestion!
if you want a flat stomach the you should do cardio ( swimming,running,jump roping…) but if u want abs then do situps

Do lots of cardio [:
Buy a cardio video, cardio book, or simply do some from Youtube.
I have a cardio video, and it’s only 15 minutes long, but it gets me sweating like a beast at the end.
Also, eat healthy (obviously lol) Watch your calories, eat lots of grains, lean meats, vegetables (the greener the better), fruit, and nonfat dairy.
