Actually, for a flat stomach, crunches and sit-upss are no good, because you’re building up muscle, not burning up fat. So then your stomach will look DOUBLY big.
First of all, take a look at the things you eat. Is it making you feel bloated? You should start by eating more fruits and vegetables in order to move your bowels and get your system functioning really well. I like to take one or two days a week and just eat fruits and vegetables, and it keeps me feeling healthy and amazing.
For exercising, cardio is always a great bet. For a specific exercise, you can tighten your navel as far as in towards your spine as it can go while still breathing normally and without your shoulders going up by your ears. Then you can either just practice holding it in like that, or you can do standing crunch things where you crunch to the front, the right, the back, and the left in a sort of little circle.
I’ve also heard that activities like pilates are good at redistributing weight evenly all over your body so that your stomach isn’t noticeable.
And when worst comes to worst and you need a quick fix, Start laying and sleeping on your stomach so that the fat is evenly distributed on your abdomen, as gravity doesn’t pull down and give you the granny pooch! Haha it’s not very good for long periods of time, but that’s always my last resort.

crunches, hekp the midstomach, and situps help the lower stomach. 200 a day and youll be flat within a month, depending on how big u are now!
Stomach crunshes are really good, or sit-ups. Also just tensing your tummy muscles frequently can make a diffference.

in order to get a flat stomach, you need to lose weight all over. spot reduction isn’t possible unfortunately so sensible eating and cardio exercise will give you the results you’re looking for. a calorie deficit is required to lose weight so combining a diet with exercise works best.
any ab workouts should do. i personally suggest 6 minute abs, if you’ve never heard of them then you can probably look them up in google. (i would explain how to do them but im terrible at explaining things haha sorry) and just to let you know, you can never work your abs too hard, its impossible. since you want a flat stomach you shouldnt do too much though because if you have a lot of muscle your stomach wont exactly be ‘flat’
