How can i get small, flat stomach with a diet plan?
I am working everyday and really tired because i move around constantly at my workplace. So i’m too exhausted and tired to exercise. Diet plan would be the best shot for me. Could anyone please tell me how to eat and what should i eat? Thanks guys..
My stomach looks really small in the morning, but when i have my breakfast and lunch, it looks bigger, especially when i eat soups.
It sounds like you are already eating at regular intervals throughout the day. This is a really good thing! But since you feel that you stomach looks bigger as the day wears on, then you are probably not eating the best foods to maintain a flat stomach. Try this: in the morning, eat protein, fruit and a light dairy product such as yogurt – don’t eat any carbs. For lunch, eat more protein and some greens. Then in the evening, eat light, but that’s when you can have some carbs such as bread or pasta. Just be sure you eat whole grain breads and pastas over the pure white ones.

eat rice it expands in your stomach so you dont eat as much , not many chinese people are fat except sumo wrestlers. or you could wear a corset around your belly and flatten it out that way too, to make it skinny and nice and FLAT !!
