How can I get the willpower to lose weight that I once had ?
Well,
During the summer i lost over 30 pounds,
but then i started slacking and eating a lot again,
now i always say i’ll start TOMORROW, TOMORROW.
i was just wondering if any one had any tips to recovering willpower..

The main thing is that you have to get you appetite under control. If you aren’t constantly thinking about losing weight it is much easier to stay on your diet. I’ve struggled from time to time with losing weight in my life. One thing is that it seems that when you start losing weight your body is burning more calories and you seem hungrier but that’s actually a good thing. That means your metabolism is working faster and burning more calories but if you’re not careful you can find yourself eating too often and over eating. What has worked for me through the years is hoodia. It’s not a diet pill but an all natural weight loss supplement. I have a big appetite, like I say especially when I’m trying to lose weight and hoodia really helps me to control that. It works really great to the point that sometimes I’d even forget to eat so that’s my suggestion. Also, when your taking hoodia you don’t or at least I didn’t feel all tired and light headed. I guess it kinda tricks your body into feeling like your fed. I guess what I’m saying is that Hoodia gives you back your will power. Hope this helps.
stand in front of a mirror naked. make sure the lighting is good. now jump. theres your willpower. that ones on the house ;0)
get a good picture of yourself , go buy something that doesn’t fit you and that might help you inspire the goal to weight lose .
um you can also try doing more things like when you get hungry put a piece of gum in your mouth and go do something instead of eating go clean ,run sit outside call a friend and chat but don’t sit and do that for you will eat , get low fat granola bars or whatever you like thats sweet ,eat popcorn instead of chips . things like that . oh sleeping early helps tooo .
