how can i have a curve body or waist and flat tummy?
im already slim my weight is about 96 lbs only. but i wanna work out with my waist, tummy and abs. can u suggest me what to do? what kind of exercises? im not available to go to gym… should i gain more weight? what about the right food to eat? i really want to have a beautiful body figure!
Have you tried bellydance? I love the bellydance tapes by Veena and Neena Bidasha. They help tone in areas difficult to tone with regular exercising plus make you feel great about yourself. You can buy their DVDs pretty much anywhere online like Overstock or Amazon for about $12 or $13. I’d recommend the "Basic Moves & Fat Burning" one if you’ve never done bellydance before.
Have a boy friend.
Why worry so muh about what you look like. No one has a perfect body. Why not focus on something else liike improving your mind…
This is hard because you want to take pilates or kickboxing classes. Both of which are available on tape. I’ve heard biking is also an excellent way to build leg, butt, waist muscle. A great way to get abs is by running. Good luck
If your body is not designed to be curvy you cannot create it. You sound to me that that’s your case. Be happy with what you’ve been given and just work at staying fit and healthy.
Try weight lifting. Everybody has a different body type. It’s not impossible to form your body the way you desire. Some people just have to work harder than others. But I don’t think there’s anything wrong with wanting to look your best so that you feel better about yourself.
I’m a total hourglass. The kind of exercises I need is low resistant and high speed. In your case, you may be a "ruler" (they call it) if you say you have no curves. So you need to build muscle which would be the opposite of the kind of exercises I need.
You would need high resistance and low speed. That should help you bulk up enough to get the curves you’re looking for. Even if you don’t have weights you can climb steps, walk uphill, do crunches, push ups and use things around the house for lifting. Hope this helps.

What are you saying? You wnna gain weight, but not get a fat belly? Eat peanut butter crackers before bed, only do crunches and other ab workouts, eat carbs and go right to sleep. It’ll work trust me.
