How can i have a flat stomach and a or appealing chest?
I want to have a flat slim stomach i am 18 5’8 and weigh about 140lbs or less. I am just wondering if there are any work outs or diets i can do to have to make the process faster… The main focus is the stomach though… I would also like to have a more appealing chest… lol
Do lots of sit ups every day. Keep at it and you’ll notice the benefits after a while
