I am 31, f,single, 170cm tall and 67 kg.I really want to have a flat tummy and suitable abb.i’m an accountant and sit at my desk for almost 8 hours per day.pls help me to be in a good shape.

To develop nice toned abs you need to have very little fat on the stomach so try a routine of:
2x 15 minute jogging sessions a day,
As many situps as you want
Same with Crunches
But remember, muscles work best if theyre slowly done, if you do few slow but intense situps, this will work much better than lots of fast paced ones, as muscles work on contractions so try and keep the contractions long lived.
You could even clench those muscles whilst sitting.

this is what i did for wrestling replace two of your meals a day with soup and run about a 5k(3.2 mi.) every day and i lost about 20 pounds
cause you have a very sit down job, try to get up and go for a walk every hour or so. and fidget (which is now proven to be a way to burn calories). try and join a gym…whilst most people think that crunches or whatever will give you good abs, its not always true. upper body workouts it just as important as lower. you cant spot reduce, im afraid. you gotta work out everything- abs and flat tummy come as a result. try getting a personal trainer who can tell you exactly what exercises will benifit your body and the mucles around your stomach area. you dont really need to loose weight, as your already a very healthy weight. so its more about toning then anything else. good luck! and perserverence is the key! keep a healthy diet and you will get that desired flat stomach!
First: Change your diet. Eat plenty of food rich in protein like eggs.
Second: You can try and buy slendertone flex, wear it while at work.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
