how can i loose fat in my stomach (love-handles) and thighs

and no diet pills or something i jst want a regular workout and for how long every day

You know the reason we become fat around the stomach and thighs is due to the fact that the fat accomulated in those areas are least burnt!We actually do a lot of work using only our hands and legs and less on the abdomen and stomach(except digestion….lol)
What you can do is jogging instead of walking,jogging keeps the pressure on your thighs while walking keeps pressure on your knees.Step ups are also good….but donot over do it,you may sprain your ankles.Abs crunch is a good option to reduce your belly.You can also do massages and steam bath to help make you feel better!
Also remember to breathe heavily and keep breathing.
Regarding the food plan,i suggest you modify your diet to include more colorful foods and green leavy vegetables.They add fibre to your diet.Drink lots of water too.

You should do some ab stuff, like crunches, side bends for your love handles, lunges for yout butt and thighs and then some cardio

i use these videos for my legs there are more on from this girl that i use you can probably find them on the side of related videos on youtube, and for your stomach i just do crunches and what not.
