how can i loose lower stomach fat?
im 16 yrs old and i weigh 155 lbs and i have been doing 30 mins cardio everyday for the past month and i havent seen anything and i have lower stomach fat and i want to loose that to get a flat six pack stomach…i have been doing ab exercises and stuff how can i loose it?
Diet is more important, cut the meaty stuff, and change up the cardio.

I recomend : run 2 miles, get a gym personal instructor, and ride bike around your neighboorhood.
You cannot SPOT reduce. Your cardio is no good, you need a longer workout with less intensity to burn fat, otherwise you burn glycogen
cut your calorie intake!

Just eat a small amount of a healthy fat, like omega 3, with every meal (like ground flax seed – which you can add to foods like your oatmeal – or olive oil or avocado or nuts, any healthy omega 3 fat with EVERY meal…)

Oh yeah… also eat 4 – 6 small to medium meals a day (a medium breakfast, lunch, dinner, with 2 – 3 small snacks in between)

apart from exercising, u need to take care in what food you eat.
drink 2L of water, eat 2 types of fruit and eat 5 types of veggies a day.
