You can’t just tone down only your stomach. If you want to lose weight, you have to lose fat all over. And the secret to losing weight is a combination of cardio (running, dancing, etc) and weight-lifting. Alternate between cardio one day and weight-lifting the next. Leave one or two days per week for rest. And eat healthier: limit junk food, eat more fruits/vegetables, etc, etc.
You cannot lose fat in only one place. Your body loses weight evenly all over. I just lost 12 kilos and it took 7 months. You need to exercise, cut out all junk food and eat small healthy portions every three hours. There is no other way. Except liposuction.
I have had two children and redefined my stomach each time through lean dieting and by following a great fitness routine that incorporates: aerobic cardio
anaerobic cardio
lactic acid cardio system
It is very important to incorporate all three of these cardio routines into a weekly workout to burn that excess around your belly, this is a total body workout. See my current fitness routine under Trainers tab to read more detail about this routine.
Did you know that its actually harder for women to have a six pack than men?
They’ve really been kicking my butt and working me hard. I’ve lost a
good bit of belly fat and feeling a lot better now with more energy.
Sometimes I use bodyweight workouts and work out at home, and other
times I go to the gym for a little more intense workouts. Good luck!

well first you should begin by a daily regimen of vitamins i recommend a high fiber and protein diet
bran cereal, corn flakes etc no additives
replace soda & juice with water and green tea
try to get some small weights possibly 3-10lb and an aerobic exercise regimen along with 30-40minutes of walking each day..
you will also need to jot down what you’re eating everyday and figure out what the fatty foods are and how you can replace them..
this sounds like a lot but it actually does work
i replaced soda with water and lost 12-15 lbs in the past month in a half
you will not lose just your stomach fat it will be an overall weight loss
it is not possibly to just pin point one spot on our body and lose the fat in that area without a trained professional assisting you.
but these pointers will help you if you stick to it
CONSISTANCY IS EVERYTHING
