How can I loose fat off my stomach, and waist, as well as my butt?
I heard dieting, is good will running on my treadmill help? I heard running on a treadmill for 30 mins everyday doesnt really help you loose weight? Is it okay to eat chips, and chocolate bars, or soda when your trying to loose weight?

You have to eat less calories than you burn, so you should diet don’t eat junk food keep track of how many calories you eat a day and do more exercise to burn more calories than what you intake, also drink plenty of water and get good sleep.
Eat healthy (raw food diet), definitely run as much as you can. I’ve seen people lose like 50 pds from just running everyday. Run outside, it’s more fun, and let the wind just take away your fat.
Also do yoga, that works really well with toning. First run, then yoga.
you’ll be skinny and feeling amazing before you know it.
It’s not ok to eat junk food when trying to lose weight because you’ll get it all back.
Try running around your block or so every day if you have time and work your way up from there.
And my parents use to tell me that after you eat, stand up for 10 min. and don’t just sit down after you ate
alright:
1. find how much calories you body needs to maintain its weight(example 2500) its different for ever1 so google "calorie Calculatorr"
2. take the number you found in step # 1 and subtract 200-300 so you would eat 2200 a day. since theres 3000 cals in a pound of fat you will lose fat without even needing to exercise. Also alot of people say "ohhh DONT EAT JUNK FOOD BLAH BLAH becuase it will make you fat" well the truth is eating a slice of pie and eating 20 apples has no diffrence both will make you FAT. eat what ever you want(make sure you get protien,fiber ect though) just make sure you stay under you CALORIE limit.
3. Now to make you burn fat even FASTER you need exercise. try running 30-40 min a day.
4. lift weights. will help you build muscle and keep the weight off/ burn fat while you sleep. if your a girl plz plz dont say "I dont WaNan Be huugeeee and Mucluar thas Grosese" like most dumbasses do, becuase simply put… you wont.

The link to the exercises also offers butt exercises that work really well. You can do these exercises at home, without special equipment. A treadmill can be very effective for a good cardio workout AND for weight loss. Someone gave you some "bum" information. 30 minutes can be quite effective, especially if it’s done at an intensity that leaves you huffing and puffing. As for the food to eat to lose weight, no…those are not good items to have regularly but there’s nothing wrong with treating yourself once in a while. Mostly you’ll want to eat from this healthy list:
lean protein–
beef, turkey, chicken, fish, pork, eggs…any of that will work but buy lean cuts. Limit hamburger to once a week and buy the 90% fat free. It’s just as good, I promise.
veggies–
of all kinds without butter or sauces but a tiny bit of olive oil would be okay
fruits–
of all kinds
whole-grains–
whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice instead of white, potatoes are fine (without butter) but sweet potatoes are healthier
low-fat dairy–
skim milk (at least for the adults), low-fat or fat-free yogurt, 2% cheese
heart-healthy oils–
olive oil, canola oil, avocados, olives
