how can i loose stomach fat?
im trying to loose belly fat so i can fit better it my clothes, and my cousin is having this traditional wedding soon, and im part of it and i wanna look good in it the clothes, and also in hollister clothes. so is there any good things to loose stomach fat? thanks.
You can always try this diet:
no bread
no sugar drinks (so only water and milk)
one dessert a week
only 3 meals a day..
and when you feel an urge to snack…DONT! drink water instead because usually when you think you are hungry your body could just need water.
i do this and so does my friend-it works great for us! just dont forget to do 30 minutes of some physical work a day ( i go walking or pilates). It may sound as if you will go hungry, but you dont! I stay full all day and i lose the belly weight (and thigh) fat fast but in a good way! i hope this works out for you!
