How can I lose belly fat and can weightloss supplements help, like Hydroxycuts? What foods can I eat?
I really don’t like chicken breast,but I like chicken wings, legs & thighs, are these good to eat to lose belly fat when they are baked? I dnt care for baked fish, cause I do not know how to cook it, so what are my option? I am 5’5 174lbs and I want to get down to 145 – 150lbs, what can I do? Help please……

I do not eat dark meat of any kind. Wings, legs and thighs all have a very high fat content. I guess if you just can not do breast, try the boneless skinless thighs. A good prep for fish is to spinkle the fish with garlic salt or lemon pepper and broil for 10 minutes more depending on the type and thickness. Salmon works really well this way, as well as cod.
