How can i lose belly fat and gain abs in one month with no gym access or equipment?
I want abs and be a little skinnier in my stomach before school shopping this year, which is in a month. So, does anyone have any workout plans that i can use where i don’t need any equipment or gym access?
I’ve been doing the following exercises for about 3 weeks now, and it is woking wonders! I had some extra weight around my middle, and now I’m seeing the ab muscles more and more.
It doesn’t take long at all and is very effective. Take a deep breath and hold it. Tighten up your abs as hard as you can while slowly exhaling. Keep your abs REALLY TIGHT for 30 seconds if you can (being sure to exhale throughout — and inhaling as needed — you don’t want to pass out by not breathing). Repeat this a few times. Later on in the day, do it again, only this time from a slouching position or lean forward. You can vary this a bit, too, but giving attention to your side (love handle) area. You can even do them again at odd moments of the day if you want.
And that’s it! Do these again each day.

eat healthy varities 2000+cals a day, drink 1+cup water per hour, exersize 2+hours a day, strech 2+hours a day
mon upper, tues cardio, wed lower, thrus cardio, fri upper, sat cardio, sun rest
build muscle loose fat. muscle pain 1-7days after a session is good, dont do hard working to a muscle when its in pain only do light things like walking to in until it stops hurting. find house hold weights to use. work out hard.

Dude you’re screwed. You can lose weight and trim up up by cutting out oils, fats and sugars from your diet but abs? Those are muscle honey and you have to work for them. Try walking a bit more instead of driving….. just make movement a routine thing. Seriously are a few sit-ups or crunches before bed and when you wake up going to kill you? get work out movies or look stuff up on line.
I think you will find a good dieting plan to this website. mmmm…. exercising is good for keeping your mental and body balanced so that you keep your mind and body fresh, but not really for losing belly fat!

You can’t. in just one month you need a very strict diet, lots of cardio, weight training, core training. Just sit-ups will barely make a dent.
