I lost a lot of weight (10lbs in 1 week :O i know i was shocked too hahaha!!!)
just by cutting out junk foood and going the gym
in the gym i was going on the rower for 10 mins, bike 20 mins, stepper 10 mins then the weights + situpss, only light ones to tone up tho, then id have a fast walk on the treadmill for about 10 mins !!
dont be upset if you havent lost anything the first week! i wouldnt even weigh yourself untill you have been dieting for 2 weeks and i promise u will se results

A low carbohydrate diet does wonders for the belly fat. I began my new low GI diet and have lost about 10 pounds in 1.5 weeks. It was tough the first few days but after that I don’t crave the caffeine or sugar. I don’t even miss bread! Try avoiding sugars, bread, rice and potatoes for a couple of weeks and see if you notice some slimming in the belly, butt and leg area. It’s working for me!
