How can I lose belly fat Fast?
I am ten pounds overweight because of my belly fat. I am 13. I weigh 110 pounds. My Doctor said that If i don’t lose the fat he will send me to a after school special program for losing weight.
And can you tell me good exercises and what foods not to eat
Don’t eat fast food, Don’t eat fried food, don’t eat anything that you can see a puddle of grease under. Look at a hot pocket for example, it’s just a big grease pocket. Grease is horrible for someone trying to lose weight. Eating healthy and exercising is the best way to lose weight in my opinion. Don’t try taking diet pills or anything like that. There not good for you, and not safe. Running is good at all ages. I’d say you probably don’t need to do any weight training, your too young, but running is safe. A good plyrometrics workout would help you too. It’s high intensity and very hard, but is good for losing weight. Don’t starve yourself, you’ve got to eat to replenish your calories after you run. Running 2 miles will probably take less than 20 minutes out of your day, so wake up early and go running on a treadmill or on a track. It’s hard, but stick with in. 5-6 times a week

That’s not really overweight unless you’re really short.
Try joining a sport like track or something. Even if you don’t like running, it’ll be good for you because you feel committed. If you REALLY hate to run, try bike riding or swimming because they both burn a lot of calories. Find a friend to do it with you because that’s more fun and you will be more motivated than if you did it alone. Also try to snack less and eat healthier foods, like fruits. Always have breakfast like cereal, granola and yogurt, or fruit.
Suck in your belly for 30 seconds.
Do this 5 time a day for as long as it takes.
ps ur thirteen and i dont think you should be worrying about that 110 isn’t fat for YOU AGE!!!!!!!

Unless you’re less than 5 feet tall, you are not overweight.
But whatever. Cut out junk food, eat more oats and cereal with 6 grams of fiber in it. Try squats and sit ups everyday, and you should be fine.
By the way, when you lose fat, you lose fat all over your body, not at target areas. Are you sure you don’t mean you want to tone your stomach?
to be honest look at the nutrition label. All you have to do is stay away from foods where 30% of the calories come from fat (calories from fat / total calories < 0.30 or 30%). If you aren’t taking in a lot of fat you will lose weight, even if you are eating more. It’s easy to do, really!
For you heart, you should prolly throw in some exercise also. If you can get out and play sports with your friends or on a team; do it! That would help you drop pounds and make friends without even thinking about it. If you prefer to take off the weight a little slower you can just add simple exercises to your day and they will add up.
Here are some things you can try:
1. buy some small weights (or even a heavy object) and lift them as you watch TV)
2. Try to maximize the time you spend walking. ie. walk the dog some more or walk to school or to the store every so often. If you can take the stairs, then do so.
3. If you have a large workout ball, try to sit on that instead of a chair if you if feasible. Doing that will work your abs and back muscles as you work to balance.
4. Try some of many short but high endurance workouts whenever you have the time. You can find these all over the internet!
Other than that, just don’t ever tell yourself that you can’t. When you feel discourage, give yourself a pep talk or ask for one from someone close to you.

yeah it allows u to go forward and badk so it gives good result my abs exploded when i only did 70 on the first day and i lost an inch already in 3 weeks!
