How can i lose belly fat in a few weeks?
I want to lose my belly fat and love handles ina few weeks. Im not looking for abs or anything, even though having sum may be nice ![]()
I want to know some bnody weight workouts that could help
I m planning on going to the beach later in august and i dont want to look this hideous
i dont have toooo much but its still bad
i hate looking like this
i cant goto a gym
are there any tips?….please help
There’s two parts to this (as there is to just about any fat loss):
- diet
- exercise
You can’t "target" weight loss to a specific area of your body. When you diet and exercise, you are training your entire body.
Here’s the diet side: The goal is to burn more calories than you take in during the day. But it goes beyond just burning calories. You must take in the proper amounts of foods (which includes some "good fats"). If you already have a healthy diet then you may want to try eating less food per sitting and eating more times per day. This should help your metabolism speed up, thus burning more calories.
Now the exercise side: As I mentioned, you can’t target a section of your body to lose fat. If you wanted to build muscle, you would then target those areas. Since that’s not your goal, just keep up with a moderate amount of cardio (treadmill, running, biking, etc.). Don’t get your heart rate too high, you’ll move out of the "fat burning zone" into the "cardio building zone". Make sure you do this at least 3 to 5 times per week for an hour each.
You should start to see the fat drop and your belly will get flatter. Good luck.

uhmm well you could go walking like around your block or something because yu lose inches with that.. such as ur love handels and for the rest maybe sit ups or maybe you can do water arobics such as laps if you dont like to get sweaty and stuff well i hope i can …gud luck
One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle.
