how can i lose belly fat?
i was wondering if its possible to be like everyone tells me! they tell me im skinny but i have alot of belly fat… i was wondering if anybody can give me a workout that makes me lose belly fat?! im only 16 i weigh 219 and im 6’1..and i’ve been fat ALL my life and i was thinking its time to change so please help me!
Just eat healthy. I know it sounds insane but, the simple things make a world of difference. Drink lots of water and walk a lot. Do at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily, preferably cardio.
Well, get a membership in a gym, and go there for at least 2-3 hours a day. Then instead of taking a car home, you can jog and walk to make your stomach flat, and also loose a lot of calories. Control all of your food, and remember by eating a big nice breakfast in the morning, you will get a lot more energized for your sports. Eat less for lunch and dinner. If you find yourself wanting to eat something unhealthy, then distract yourself from thinking about those foods. If that doesn’t help, you just go on over to the fridge, and get yourself some nice fruit like apples, and peaches etc. If it’s very hard for you to control all of this, then remember to never give up, and think that in the end, you will have a nice stomach, and figure
