How can I lose my belly fat?
I’m 17 years old and 5 feet tall. I weigh about 135 lbs, which isn’t that much I guess, but I have a LOT of belly fat, which I would like to lose. I’m going on a diet where I count my calories and I’ve been on it before and lost almost 10 lbs but then I started eating bad again and gained it back. I know, shame on me. But with my diet, how can I lose all that gross flab? Running? Walking? Jogging?
try the Lil Jack Workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezris it really works
get the slim-matic, only 3 payments of 19.95. guarunteed to give you that boy-magnet body.
EXERCISEEE
running
You’re doing the right thing. Be on a reasonable diet and then add in some exercise. Don’t start out running. Even if you want to be a runner you start out walking, then go to walk/jog, then to jog, then to run. You won’t be able to just start running immediately.
i suggest sit-ups, crunches, every night.
any aerobic exercise (walking, jogging, aerobics, dance, etc) and doing a variety of sit-ups plus doing your best to eat healthy
cardio. Running, jogging, biking heavily, to loose fat you must burn more calories than you take in, so 20 – 30 minutes of cardio a day helps alot, glad i could help.
Get the diet again and I think its much I mean if you were taller then no but I have male friends who are 5’7 and weight like 138. And well as I said get the diet again and try running and jumping rope.

hope that helped, good luck =)

The best way EVER: RUN and JOG!….give it 2 3 months..you WILL see a difference. But then again u have to be consistant and watch your eating habbits..drink alot of water. All those ab work outs are good too…you will defineately have wonderful abs..but sadly they will be hiding BEHIND the stomach fat. so dont waist too much time with those.
Run.

You need a combination of proper diet and cardio cardio cardio!
You can always walk and jog if you want, but you will probably get best results if you do a cardio that uses your whole body. Examples would be dance, volleyball, karate, or a high energy yoga. Swimming can also be VERY effective for people who want to loose body fat, because you get a workout without putting too much strain on your body.
If you have to workout inside here are two of my favorite cardio workouts. they come free and you can watch them on your computer!

You also want to think about toning up your stomach. You won’t see these results until you loose the belly fat, but it will help it come off and save you from having a flat but flabby stomach. Do ab exercises such as planks and side planks, bicicles, and jacknives.
I follow this workout, and it works very well for me! Good luck, and remember to stay strong through it. Imagine your ideal body when you see the cupcake or don’t feel like working out. Trust me-you will feel more energized and happy once you change your lifestyle. Not to mention more confident with yourself!
You just need to exercise alot. You need to choose healthy foods, but don"t foget proportions. For the
exercise i suggest running,it"s the best!
First you need to understand that you need to burn the fat over your abdominal muscles to see your toned, sexy core. After that it depends on exactly what you’re eating (you should try to eat mostly lean protein and veggies if you’re trying to tone up) and how often (you should try to eat ~5-6 times/day to speed up your metabolism. Now to answer your question:
To get abs you need a proper balance of good eating, resistance and cardio excercise, and sometimes supplements. You need to add resistance excercise as that is the best way to reduce fat (muscle burns fat/calories) and change body shape.
Different people hold fat in different places and that last little bit of fat is usually the hardest to lose. There isn’t any definitive way to ‘spot’ reduce body fat but here are some things I have found useful (to get a lean flat stomach and get ‘abs’):
- Do sprint repeats. It may not be warm enough to do these outside where you live (if not, find an indoor track). Jog to warm up (~1/2 mile). Then do 8 sets of repeat sprints (start with ~100m and gradually move up to ~200m as you get in better shape). Basically you sprint all out, then slow jog (really slow) back. Repeat 8 times. The first one you want to go only ~3/4 speed since your body will still be warming up. Make sure you stretch afterwards as your hamstrings will be sore the next day (especially after the first time).
- you can try other forms of interval training if you can’t get access to do sprints (email me if you want more tips)
- Resistance training: go for more reps (less weight), try drop sets, try circuit training. All of these are useful for getting more lean(and as a result will burn fat off your abs). Remember the more muscle you build, the more fat you’ll burn (and you won’t be big and bulky either).
- Ab ball: do a lot of exercises using one of those ab balls…they work your core in every exercise. You can also do actual ab target exercises (twists, crunches, etc.). Get a trainer at your gym to show you some. Or you can get the CoreSecrets (ball/video) for ~$10-$20 online (just google it)
- Oblique exercises (twisting). Do a lot of these using the ab ball: sit on the ball hold a 10 lb weight and walk your feet forward. ‘Lay down’ and with the weigh above you twist to one side-up-pause-twist to the other side. Ensure you’re using your obliques to do the work.
- Lower abs. Do leg lifts (hold weights in your feet, or lay on ball and do them). Leg raises (where you hang in the air and rotate your knees to your chest). Get with a trainer at a gym to show you some new funky ab exercises
- Improve your nutrition to mostly eat low fat protein (chicken, fish, lean turkey, etc.) and veggies (i.e. broccoli). Mix a little fruit in there for some sweetness. You can also buy whey protein and make whey protein smoothies (2 scoops protein, ice, skim milk – blend – little peanut butter, ripe banana, more ice – blend again: tastes great). Cut out junk food (especially soda, anything loaded with high fructose corn syrup, all sweets, etc.)
- Start taking a thermogenic fat burner (will burn fat faster when your body temp rises – i.e. working out), ripped fuel 5X, or hydroxycut hardcore before your workouts. This will help provide energy for workouts during your cutting ‘diet’. These also help you burn fat and are ‘good’ supplements to use
Work hard, have fun…you should have those tone, sexy abs in ~3-4 months.
You need to have right information if you want to lose weight. You can tried method that I lost 17 pounds in 35 days. It works very well and It will work for you too. You can get more information here link below.
You have choices but they all boil down to reducing your calories and increasing your activity. If you’re burning more than you’re consuming you’ll lose weight. How you get there is entirely up to you. Do you plan to keep it off or are you just needing to lose it for a special occasion that’s coming up? This is how i exercise to lose http://www.weightlossdisc.com i strongly suggest it.
Say you’re a boxer or wrestler who has to make a weight limit in a month to fight for the world middleweight championship, and losing weight and your paunch is a do or die issue. Then you can’t fool around with aerobic dancing or full-body workouts with Madonna’s trainer or upscale fat farm diets.
You have to go hardcore. For exercise, jump rope, run sprints, and do miles of daily roadwork. Pound the heavy bag. For food, dine on protein (source: “A Neutral Corner,” by A.J. Leibling, 1990), as fighters have done from John L. Sullivan to David Haye. Though I suggest you eat fish and turkey, instead of Sullivan’s training diet of beefsteaks or mutton chops three times a day (source: “An Authentic History of the Prize Ring,” by Tom Sayers, 1881).
But for people who don’t have to make their fighting weight in a week, who instead want to look like Megan Fox or the Jonas Brothers on New Year’s Eve, then you can lose your belly fat by eating balanced high fiber meals (“The F-Factor Diet,” by Tanya Zuckerbrot, 2007) and doing full-body exercises (“Training & Nutrition Insider Secrets for a Lean Body, Mike Geary, 2009).
Technically, you can eat any food, according to Zuckerbrot, as long you eat less calories than your body burns to function each day, a number known as BMR (basal metabolic rate). For a women, BMR = 655 + (9.6 x weight in kilos) + (1.8 x height in centimeters) – 4.7 x age in years). For a man, BMR = 66 + (13.7 x weight in kilos) + (5 x height in centimeters) – 6.8 x age in years). You can read more on this calculation in Zuckerbrot’s book or get a free metabolic calculator from me (see my resource box).
After figuring out your BMR, you plan your meals based on the caloric content. Since you need to eat less 3,500 calories less than your BMR to lose a pound in a week, you need to eat 500 calories a day less for each pound you need to lose. Though you can eat any food, you will be able to eat larger, more satisfying meals if you eat smaller portions of high-fiber foods, such as carrots or broccoli or berries, and high protein foods, such as fish or lean meat, Zuckerbrot.
You can lose even more if you do, like Madonna and all the folks who can afford trainers, squats, lunges, step-ups, and dead lifts. According to Geary, these multi-joint complex movement exercises work hundreds of muscles together, creating more stable and strong joints, and they burn massive quantities of calories, which will come out of your tummy and tushee. If you can’t afford a trainer, you can read how to do them in Geary’s free ebook, “Training & Nutrition Insider Secrets for a Lean Body.”
