Take care of your diet . Eat fresh fruits and vegetables , raw or cooked and less fat and meat. Start the morning with a glass of water and OM Yoga. And other stretch exercises . Take walks.
Sugar is the main cause of tummy fat. Try it out. Just reduce intake of sweets and sugar. Avoid Colas. It helps. Bend down whenever you can . Tummy gets tucked in.

to the person suggesting bulemia, this person wants a real answer. the answer to this is exercise and diet. if you wish to obtain a flat stomach you will need to eat foods that are healthy and low in fat calorie. add a cardio work out such as running and sit ups. you need at least 30-60 minutes of cardio about 3 times a week, this will make you feel healthier, and you will begin to lose the "pudge". running works best for me to lose stomach pudge. i hope this helps
Hi, I suggest you try running atleast a half a mile to keep the rest of your body fit along with your stomach. Try doing about 10 sit ups a day and work your way up every week. So tomorrow try 10 until next until next friday and then do 20. Also try the ankle push. Lay down on the floor and have your friend stand behind you, you hold their ankles and put your feet in the air. Have your friend push your feet down try not to let your feet touch the ground keep them an inch off. This should help work your abs and make them strong. Also change your diet. Don’t eat all carby and fatty things. DRINK LOTS OF WATER

running is a great way to lose it! try jogging for 30 minutes, at a speed that you can sustain for the whole 30 minutes. do this for a month and you’ll notice a difference. it works for me! if running is too hard, you can also try biking. it has less impact.
