Muay Thai will get you skinny, if you are faithful to it. Run run run… or jump rope a lot. it’s crazy how fast you will lose your unwanted fat if you get your heart rate going and muscles moving! Jump rope or run to begin with, and sit ups along with it. Good luck!
Sit ups and other strengthening exercises will definitely help. Building muscle, builds stamina and also helps you burn fat faster.
Those situps and such aren’t going to work on their own though. You need to combine them with exercise that gets the heart rate going. You also need to make sure your diet is balanced and healthy.
