how can you discipline yourself into eating healthy?? find foods that you enjoy that are healthy obviously, alot of turkey, chicken, fish, nuts, fruits, vegetables….
don’t no bout vinegar think that’s bad for you but as for sweets and junk food just don’t buy it that’s a start then look up on the net for exercisers and good foods to eat
no no stay away from the fad diets shit, just eat 6 small meals a day like low fat yogurt, almonds, fresh fruit (not dried fruit too much added sugar), VEGTABLES, if u dnt like the taste have thm raw cut into sticks or somthing with hommus or weight watchers cream cheese or smthing, lean meat, in particular chicken breast (no skin skin is the fattiest part), beef, or fish (like salmon steak is gd), have brown rice, pasta is ok, wholegrain bread only. umm breakfast have porridge, unroasted musli with some yogurt and fruit or some toast with margarine (not butter) and vegimite or pure honey or something.
with the junk food allow yourself to have a little bit of choc or reduced fat ice cream (like a scoop) once every 2 days, to stop you from craving and thn eating heaps of junk food.
drink heaps of water and tea, bit of coffee is ok, but with skim milk, no soft drinks or sugary fruit juices. skim milk with a bit oof milo is ok though if ur rly craving chocolate.
try and go jogging or to the gym or smthing for 1/2 – 1 hour a day. u can rest weekends though if your good with your eating (:

you should eat at least 4-5 meals a day.
drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don’t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you’ll gain everything back, trust me.
eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it’s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast. eggs also help when trying to lose weight.
skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.
if you feel hungry, but don’t want to over eat, chew gum. it’ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.
cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!
and don’t forget to exercise!
try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, crunches, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.

eating healthy means enough nutritions in your body , it has nothing to do with discipline , portion control is discipline, u wanna eat healthy and be disciple you should eat 3 main meals a day with snack between
breakfast ( full or stuff is ok )
snack ( lite xmp protein bar )
lunch ( by this time u wont be eating as much )
snack ( salad or protein bar )
dinner ( by this time u wille at even less )
snack ( yogurt or cottage cheese )
this will boost up ur metabolism and don’t forget to drink a glass of water before each meal including snak, this is eatting healthy
if you add a lil excercise it will give u even fater results , 45 min a day 5 days a week and to be able to eat whatever u want is a lot better than extreme portion control ( straing or 50% less food ) just so u won’t have to excercise
