How can I make my stomach flatter, and get thinner legs?

My legs are not fat at all, it’s just muscle. But, the muscle makes my thighs and calfs (spelling?) huge. How can I make my calfs and thighs thinner?

My stomach isn’t fat either. I just have a gut. I can just bend over a little and you can definitely see I have a gut. How can I make my stomach flatter?

No pills or diets please! Just easy to do exercises. Thanks!
