How can i make my tummy flat?
I want to lose weight on my tummy it’s the worst part of my body everything else is small. I’m about 5ft 2.
i walk just over an hour a day during mon-fri week, but don’t exercise at all and eat a lot, as well as drinking diet coke. How is a way i can make it flat again?

do lots of sit ups/crunches every day, and eat healthier- the rice diet works really fast, ( rice, fruit, etc)
You just have to cut down your meals and ask yourself, "Am I eating because I am truly hungry or am I eating just to eat?" Also, even though diet coke is diet, it’s still a soda and it makes it more difficult to exercise. It makes you tired more quickly. Walking is great for you and it’ll help burn the fat off the top of your stomach but to help the process, crunches are also a huge help because when your muscles are more active and in shape they burn more fat just sitting there doing nothing, than flabby out of shape muscles do.

I’m also 5’2 and my problem area is my stomach. Although I am 95lbs, my stomach always seems to puff out and I have a small bit of fat but my stomach isn’t flat and never has been.
But I think that not drinking diet coke will help a bit. Soda of any kind makes your stomach stick out (which doesn’t look that good).
Today I bought an exercise ball with a DVD for my abdomen, so I hope that will help out.
All I can say is that you should continue walking and do stomach exercises at least 3 days a week. I hope I helped!
