hey.. when I was your age my dad told me I needed to lose weight, often when a girl is young (preteens, early teens) she will gain weight, grow, gain weight and then grow again, it is normal for you to be a little chunky right now and healthy so long as you maintain a healthy diet.
I would recommend eating lots of veggies and fruits, drinking water and iced tea instead of sugared drinks, and exercising about an hour and a half each week (walking fast is great!)
And please don’t obsess about your how you look, a person can be large but be healthier than a really skinny person..
If you are concerned about your tummy and thighs, sit-ups and squats/lunges are good.. make sure you protect your lower back and knees though. <3

Lose weight and do crunches. Sitting on the computer all day won’t help much.

sit ups, leg lifts, and running :]
stomach=ab work!
crunches, sit ups, curl ups, etc.
thighs=running!
why dont you try eating smaller portions and plenty of fruit and water get walking its great to get slimmer also dont drink cola its full of sugar x
20 pounds in two weeks is very very stupid and unhealthy, even if you starved and ran constantly for 2 weeks, it would be impossible. your still growing and the wight will even out.
well a lot of your weight is muscle and muscle weighs 3 times more then fat so your probably mostly muscle b/c i had the same problem but what i did was i changed everything i ate to fit and active foods and excersised every day and ran every other day to get in shape so thats what you should do

running and some other exercises together. running helps lose weight everywhere including your stomach and thighs. try mixing some crunches and other exercises with it too.
hey girl i have Weight issues two im 198 and 5 7 my advice is to calm down about you weight. cut back you food intake eat mostly fruits and veggies go for a run after dinner and do crunches till you can feel the burn once you feel the burn do about 30 more keep pushing your self use your frustration as your motivation!!!! you wanna look good put a pic of yourself on the fridge it will reminded you to make a healthy choice your. Good luck don’t give up and don’t beat your self up 4 weeks it a really short time OH for the thighs i suggest putting the computer chair as low as it will go and do squats so you but just touches it then do some lounges remember it take time and effort but you can do it!!!!! there are a tone of web sites that have different exercises!!!!
