how do i get a flat stomach by summer 09?
i am 15 years old, is 4 9", and weigh 125. i am very frustrated because i carry most of my weight in my stomach and thys wich makes swimsuiet season hard for me i would like to lose about 110 pounds. but ultmantly i whant smaller thys and a flat stomach!!! so what should my diet and exersise plan be for me to reach my goal by no later then july of this year?
Cut back on sugars and carbohydrates. No sweet drinks (pop, fruit punch, or Kool Aid) and no potato chips or french fries. Try to avoid corn syrup (which is in everything)!
Try eating more fruit and vegetables. Your intake of calories is the number one issue. It’s 80% intake of calories, 10% exercise and 10% genetics! Get a kayak and a bicycle for the summer. Get some Nordic Skis for the winter (if you’re near snow).
Getting a flat stomach by this summer might be too ambitious. But, change your eating habits and you can do it by 2010! Keep at it!

Eat less and move more!
eat only healthy stuff and move around more so jogging 45 minutes a day and eating right youll be on your way to a toned and defined body. You dont need to lose 10 lbs to look skiny. u can stay 125 but have an amazing body. building muscle is just what you need. muscle is heavier then fat so you might shed the fat but the muscle will make u look tight and toned.
its hard work but no one ever said geting into shape owuld be easy.

well you could do pilates or crunches and walking. I think swimming is the best way. Don’t starve yourself because that doesn’t really help. Have a good breakfast and have a plan of what you want to do and what you want to eat.
bring on the crunches, trunk twists, toe touches laying down, fore arms, leg lfts, push-ups, 8 count body builders, running jogging,swimming, biking, bicycle laying down, 30 60 90 degrees, and all while listening to blasting music minus the swim. and eat fruits water veggies, yogurt, not junk and u got it.

Ok, this may sound funny at first, but go join a competitive cheer gym! I joined and At the begining of the year, I weighed 140, and now I weigh about 105!
Maybe gymnastics or tumble classes if your not into the cheer idea! (I’m not really that girly either, so I understand…lol)

its impossible for u to loose 110 lbs. but if u loose like 10 then that would be ok….. u first need to start doing sit ups and leg lifts….leg lifts are for ur lower abbs (this is for if u have a little pooch that sticks out) then do crunches for ur regular abbs…… and try sucking in ur stomach…. whats the use of having abbs if u dont show them off and use them??? then u might wanna pick up running and some cardio…. that will improve ur stamina so u can exercise longer….. try ordering the bender ball….it works really well…. my sister uses it and it works (if u keep using it like once every day) GL!!!!!! and i understand that since ur shorter that u look like u have more weight so im not saying dont loose weight…. just dont go overboard

ok so doing flat out ab work outs won’t work
you need to exercise all part of the body because that will help speed up your metabolism
you can exercise for at lest 30 min each day and when you do just spend a couple of more min. on your abs
you an also cut back on the portions you eat…and if you don’t have a totally flat stomach it’s fine…you’ll just have envious curves and a nice tone body.

as a 15 year old you are probably within the range of weight vs height, so i wouldn’t worry about dieting too much…but there is an exercise program that i have found that you could use…but don’t go overboard on it…you’ve still got growing and stuff to do at 15 yrs…go to the FAQ section (the link below) and it will tell you about using the program as an adolescent (or kid as they would catagorize you)…you can sign up for the eBook at the main page or i can send you one if you don’t want to keep getting stuff on your email from the program…check it out and use your best common sense and judgement of what you should do and don’t be afraid to ask for some professional help from a personal trainer or a nutritionist before you go out on your own…

you need 2 combine exercise (swim & gym),good food (fruit & veg little red meat no pork) a large breaky, normal sized lunch, fruit – veg 4 tea (potatoes fill well) & a healthy faith (jesus works) also fellowship with healthy people like SDA CHURCH
be aware that muscle weigh`s more than FAT.
