How do I get a flat stomach fast?
Im 13 and I weigh 113. Im not fat but I want a flat stomach . Im in sports and I don’t seem to lose weight, any tips? Maybe a diet or extra exersise?

im 13 and i am 8 stone!!!!i hav the same probelem a u but my stomach is flat its just my legs!!!!!
um if u lie on ur back then bring ur legs up so they are straight up in the air, then using ur arms lift up uuntil your but and lower back is off the ground.hope that makes sense!!!also do situps(if u can,i cant!!)and jog or run.

Sit ups and running and get your diet balanced between protein, carbohydrates, and fats.
find a medicine ball of your ideal weight and do oblique, abdominal, and other core excercises, you will se that your abs will come in which will in turn make your stomach flatter. Also, incorporate some cardio on days you have off, just about 15 minutes on the treadmill will do it per day. Make sure your are persistant with your abs, they are some of the most annoying muscles to work out.
Dont try any of those pills or magic whatevers…
they dont work… eat healthy …
and when u work out its normal that u will gain weight …
musle is heavier then fat…
so vasicall live a healthy lifestyle
sports alone don,t get people flat stomach
but you have to include:
cardio exercise
weighlifting
ab exesises
NO FAT FOOD
NO MC DONALDS
do these exercises for 6-8 months to see full results
if you continue till age 16 you will be very srtrong
