How do i get a flat stomach fast?
Ok, I have this trip to the beach coming up in April, and the part of my stomach below my belly button is not what I would like it to look. I want it to be flat. I have tryed doing sit ups, but i get so frusturated because I dont see results, my abs just hurt for a couple of days. Im not trying to get a 6 pack or anything, I just want a flat stomach. Any suggestions of what to do?
do reverse crunches: lay flat w/your arms under you and life your legs up vertical then lower them as much as you can w/out your feet touching the floor…kepp your legs straight!
Chill out, JayKay, I’m sure you look fine. Females are supposed to have curves, including a little pooch in their tummies. Don’t obsess. I bet you look great in your swimsuit! If you still feel you don’t, then just take a look around you when you’re at the beach….
Stomach crunches are the way to go. Do them 3 or 4 times a week (not every day) and watch your diet. By April 1, you should see a big difference.

The concept that doing situps will make your abdomen look like a six pack works only if you get rid of the excess fat first. You have one month so I would suggest in addition to toning your abs doing sit ups, also make sure you are doing cardio work like aerobic exercise which will help you burn off the excess fat. That along with toning exercises should help you sculpt your abs better. If you eat a healthy diet and stay off junk foods then this will work quicker!
im the same way as you. sit ups dont work for me… instead of sit ups do crunches. about 100 a night for a week and youll get that flat stomach.. if you cant do 100 do 50 and it is ok to take a few seconds inbetween if you feel like stopping for a sec ..it has worked for me.. good luck and remeber, dont get to stressed about it
