		<description>well if ur tryen to impress guys i feel sorry for you sum ppl are just naturally skinny and make fun of fat ppl and there are those ppl that wish they were skinny bcuz they can eat a marshmallow and blow up like one. in reality a person should like u for u . god gave u the body the way u are so theres not much u can do about it. u or i were not given a good metabolism . so as long as u drink plenty of water get ur veggies and fruits in u will be heathy thats all that should matter at least to me it does. giving my body what its suppose to have makes me feell good enough about my self/</description>

I&#039;m a senior citizen and don&#039;t punish myself by working too hard, but have found that you don&#039;t have to suffer when exercizing in order to get good results.  Like you, I don&#039;t eat sweets or drink soda, but do eat eat lots of veggies and salads, and I&#039;m rarely hungry.
