How do I get a flat stomach in two weeks? I want to lose the fat off my stomach?
I know it wont be SUPER flat but just enough so i can fit into my old jeans, when i put them on they hardly button up and my fat just like lols over the side! What can i do ie. what changes should i make to my diet, exercise etc?
Pay attention to your caloric intake. If you want to slim down exercise and eat a healthy diet. Just burn more calories than you intake then you should lose weight. It’s advise that you lose 1-2 lb a week which can be attain by burning approx. 500 calories more than your caloric intake.
less fatty foods, and go for regular runs.
go for half hour jogs every morning and evening ….drink 2 to 3 litres of water a day atleast at different points or times of the day not all at once. go to a gym and sit in the sauna for about 10mins and you will lose some fat because your bodies made mainly of water and when you sweat you remove toxics and some fats from your body through your sweat….by the way if you want to know how many calories equals a pound….(1000 calories=1 pound)BE ACTIVE !!!PLAY SPORTS!
Go for a run in the mornings upon waking "before" breakfast, so your body is low on sugars and primed to use the only fuel source available "fat".
Keep your meals small and frequent, no excess calories, but don’t starve yourself either as this will shut down fat burning as the body tries to stop starvation by storing and converting food to fat.
Join a gym and do some weight training as lean muscle is calorie hungry "even at rest"
hope this helps
Make sure you are eating 5-6 small meals a day. This will speed up your metabolism. Also take FULL rest days between any workouts.

Peach Roses,
A flat stomach will not happen overnight, short of surgery. Most diet and exercise plans will provide noticeable results in about 6 weeks. With that said, however, you can make sure to start exercising to burn the fat. This can include cardio exercises such as a brisk 20 minute walk. sprints, climbing stairs, jogging, etc. You also need to do some core exercises such as lunges, squats, deadlifts, plank holds, and crunches.
As for food, cut back on anything fatty and greasy. Focus on lean meats, fruits, and vegetables. Eat 4-6 meals a day, every 2-3 hours and you should start seeing some results.
Good Luck!
