How do I get a flat stomach within weeks?
I’m going on vacation to a sunny area with lots of beaches in a few weeks (so you can guess why I want a flat stomach). I’ve been trying to flatten my stomach, but is there anything I can eat or do to help with this? (That doesn’t involve starving myself)
Exercise and Eating right is the key…
Try and eat around 1400 – 1600 calories a day. Also try and eat 5 – 6, 100 – 200 calorie meals a day and make up those calories with fruits, veggies, and proteins!

Whats your weight and height?
You have to start working out hardcore, running ALOT. And obviously eating in moderation and eating healthy stuff. Sorry you probably coulda guessed this but it works gotta just be committed… Running when it burns and if your sweating alot you know its working.
