Since you’ve been pregnant three times, it is possible you have what’s called diastasis recti. That is where your abs, your 6pack muscles, split due to the expanding belly. It is very common for pregnant women. If you continue with regular crunches you could actually make the split worse and it could also be the cause of the back pain when you do your crunches. You can assess your abs very easily. This link will help you assess the potential diastasis recti.

It can be corrected by doing exercises for the transverse abdominis muscle. It is a very subtle exercise, not a ‘feel the burn’ kind. You may even wonder how you’ll see results from it. It does work. This link has the exercises you’ll want to do to help correct things and get a flatter tummy.

Hope this helps.
Good Luck!
It is such a big misconception that sit ups give you a ‘flat tummy’
This is really wrong. Sit ups just tone your stomach muscles, and since it burns hardly any calories, its not gonna make you lose any fat.
You cannot lose fat on one place more than the other, so to get rid of a flabby belly you need to go and get some good excersise a nd eat right.
Do the bridge. Look it up on google incase you dont know what exercise it is. Well basically you lie on your belly and put you arms againts your chest then push up of the floor using your arms and keep your whole body flat keep your bum down and hold it for as long as poss. I gota get doin suma them, my belly is pretty jublyyy
I used to do sit ups also, and didn’t find them that effective.. plus i used to get real bored with doing them! In addition, i didn’t really have the time to do any. Try using a selendertone. I have two, one for tummy muscles and the other for thighs. It works really well. After a week or so of using the tummy one i had family asking me whether i had been dieting, as i looked slimmer!
They are quite expensive, but they really do work
Good luck x
You should do a colon cleanse. One of the great benefits is that it cleans out all the "sludge" stuck in your intestines and makes you feel amazing and you can digest food better (easier to stay slim) and it flattens your stomach once you get all that out.
Some are really gentle and you don’t notice much of a difference in the bathroom and you can work your way up to more stronger ones.
Just go to a local health and natural store adn they will show you what you need!
Your gynaecologist should have guide you to do post natal Abdominal exercises, but ask the good doctor to give you sites info or a booklet, but just go to a library and find them their or on the net then do them religiously , start out slow find 15 each move, for abs and for the waist then do every one once a day, then in few week go do them twice, then 3 time then 4 time, you got the idea by now, so make sure you reach the total moves of 200 to 300, now is the time to drop some but do the remaining move more times say 25 moves 12 time each, then after a while rotate them as you please but do then all over few weeks by rotation.
