how do i get a flat tummy quickly and easily without using any diet pills surgery etc? i want it all to be natural. i eat healthily all the time but i’ve got a lot of flubber and it’s not all fat. so how do i make it flat.
can anyone reccomend good thigh excercises to tone them up aswel !

Cardio. I hate it. But it works so well. 20 minutes of cardio really work your heart, make you sweat, and work your thighs. Do crunches. I do about 100 crunches a day and at the end of the summer you’ll have a 6 pack, promise. Lower crunches that target the middle abs are great. You cross your feet put your hands behind your head keep your upper body on the floor and move your legs out and in, thats one rep.
I once had to go on a diet to cut 40 pounds. I was on the heavier side. Eat grilled chicken and lettuce, no bread. Make sure not to eat after 8 o clock. ONLY DRINK WATER. Thats all you need. Make sure you exercise. Running and swimming are the best exercises, try running at LEAST 3 miles a day. I lost 40 pounds in a month following this and i could see the results greatly.
