How do I get a flat tummy without dieting cause I already dont eat that much?
I want a flat tummy cause I have a pool party at the end of may with my school and everyone will see me in my bikini. I have treid sit ups and all ab workouts and they dont seem to work… I am naturaly skinny so its not like I have a lot of work to do.

Don’t we all want a flat tummy !! but i have the same problem im skinny everywhere else but round by my abdominal area is a bump of fat and i don’t know how to get rid of that – ive been trying 100 sit ups and crunches but it hurts and i just give up.
How many sit-ups and crunches are you doing and how often?
Drink 8 glasses every day and just eat healthily. i would say running but i hate running :L if you like it you should go for a 30 minute jog every 2-3 days and try building it up when you stop feeling out of breathe for that long.
It might also take a little longer than May to see dram tic weight loss.
DO 40 situps a night for 2 weeks.
