		<description>I have a very good feeling that crunches will help flatten that tummy. Yes, I know, crunches- ugh. But if you start out with like, 15 a day, then go to 30, then go to 40, and start making your way up like that, you will have a flat tummy in no time.</description>

ALso, for your butt, do lunges holding weights (I use 2 kg, but I have a small bum, so I suggest you use something lighter.) do about 3 sets of 12 reps. Oh and walking is great, expcetially up hill</description>
