how do i get a flat washboard stomach?
I workout often around 5 days per week including cycling, swimming and weights. My belly is still podgy no matter how much i workout. I don’t have a terrible diet either but do eat a lot of carbs and tend to snack late at night. Any tips? regards

Eat less carbs and don’t snack at night after dinner.
do lots of core exercises eg
sit ups
leg raises etc
do you do ab workouts? those would help along with only healthy snacks. carrots and ranch are really good. lite ranch though. cut down on carbs i suppose. other than that there isnt much else to do
