How Do I Get Flat Stomach ?
my good buddy lost 60 pounds and he looks really good and can wear tight shirts
im normal weight i went from 140lb to 134
i weigh less then my friend but i have a gut stll
my friend is taller and were both 15
i’ve been running 6 days a week for 30 min then 60 sit ups
I average 14-18 miles a week
i only eat 3 meals a day
You don’t have to buy anything to get a flat stomach, but you might have to find ways to efficiently fuel yourself and use that energy to further reduce body fat without necessarily lowering your weight.
Strongly consider four concepts:
1. Building more muscle through resistance exercise. Keep your running & situps, add in pushups, pullups, squats and combinations of the same. All these movements regularly will build muscle, which will burn fat. (and help your running as well).
2. Breaking the amount of food eatten over three meals into four or more to sustain your body through the extra work and to keep your metabolism higher. This does not have to be extra food, just well spaced. Taking in protein after a workout is an efficiency boon.
3. Increasing your hydration, that is, begin sure you getting more than enough water.
4. Intentional rest. How well are you sleeping? Building one’s body takes rest.

it is just taking longer with you. don’t give up and maybe start doing 100 sit ups
You probs need to do more ab work…make sure your doing your situps properly too, do them slowly and pull your stomach in and dont stop breathing.
I do 4 sets of 40…after a month or two i had a flat stomach.
Honestly I don’t believe that sit ups do anything to your stomach.
Just give it some time.
Make sure that the meals you eat are healthy, and do exercise.
You could split up the runs with some sport or some other exercise routines.
Have some patience! You won’t get a flat stomach straight away!
