How do i loose 5lbs or stomach fat very very fast???hurry!!! please!?
I want to loose 5lbs or loose stomache fat. i feel lik eim to fat around my stomach. and its mainly my lower stomache. is it possible to loose itin like 2-4 days? without being anorexic or bulimic. Help!!! please im goin swimming with my class and i just feel fat. I wiegh 84 lbs and am 5’4. PLEASE help if u no anything. and no stupid answers please!!
Sweetie, if you are 5’4" and only weigh 84 pounds you are not fat, in fact it sounds like you are too thin. But you may be a bit flabby, as you do not have enough muscle. Swimming is actually going to make you look good. Meanwhile, do some stretching exercises, then some ab work. Really doing crunches and leg lifts, especially good for the lower abs, will help alot. You can try a toning lotion that is good for cellulite, it will help tighten the skin to help you feel tauter. and you can start eating activia, that yogurt that helps with bloating. If you feel fat, it could be bloat. So stop drinking diet soda, drink water and tea instead, that will also help the bloat.
Next, long term, you need to gain about 10 pounds. If you are worried about looking fat, then the key is toning with exercise.

Swimming will quickly cause weight loss of the type you desire…but let me tell you something…you’re plenty small enough at 84 pounds and 5′ 4".
I would love to be 84 pounds and 5’4. If you really want to lose weight do crutches and sit ups.

if youre 5’4" and you weigh 84 lbs, you dont need to lose weight.
If your 5’4 and 85 pounds you don’t need to lose weight, but I would recomend running 1 to 2 miles a day. It might take a couple weeks before you start notcing any effects. You’ll end of weighing more in the long run, but thats muscle not fat so its ok.
If ur 5’4" and weight 84lbs, i think ur fine the way u are. I’ve seen girls overdo it and speaking as a guys, its not very attractive. Also, like your question saids, it is pretty much impossible to lose 5 pounds very fast
the most you can lose in a week is about 1-3 pounds and thats if u diet properly and exercise 5 times a day so if ur worried about being fat, your fine ajust the way you are.
O my..you weigh 84 lbs at 5’4??? Honey, you aren’t fat. You are underweight. I have struggled with my metabolism since I was 12. I could not stay above 100 lbs. I am 5’2 and my weight range is 105-115. I do not know what it would be for your height but I can tell you that you are way under it! You may have a distorted self-image and in that case, no one else will notice your "fat." Now maybe you just need to tone your muscles in your lower stomach. Sit ups or one of the many ab machines would help. I have found the ab wheel is the most effective. it won’t happen in a matter of days tho. Any change is going to take hard work and determination, everyday. Please, I beg you, eat healthy and often and maintain a weekly exercise program,but DO NOT OVER DO IT! I’m sure you are a beautiful young lady and perfect just the way you are.
you should definately not be losing weight if you’re 5’4 and 84 lbs, its not healthy. theres not way to lose that much way in 4 days. you are definately not fat, you’re very skinny. try to love the way your are. Your best bet is to eat healthy and excerise regulary and build some muscle.
