How do I loose stomach and leg fat?
Im 5’4" and 137lbs. I wouldn’t say I am "fat" but I would say that my stomach and my legs are my "problem areas". I eat healthy almost all of the time (we all have a little junk food every now and then) and I exercise literally every day. I go to the gym and lift weights, and Im sore afterwords so I know that I am putting on enough weight. I also dance a lot, and I am a cheerleader. So, any help?
crunches are the best exercise for stomach & sit ups for legs. Try for a week or two, you will notice the difference.
weight loss takes time, be patient!!
doing situps is a good way to tone your tummy.
