		<description>You cannot loose fat in a targeted area. It just doesn’t work like that. If you want to get a better looking body you will need to exercise and diet properly. 

The key to rock hard abs or even just good abs is a low % of body fat. We all have stomic musclesand washboards; they are well hidden under fat. 

Reduce the fat and see the washboard. You could go do a bunch of sit-ups, but it will not have the results you are looking for. 

I would recommend a good diet and cardio.</description>
