How do I loose stomach fat in one or two weeks at home?
I am 15 and im not fat but i have a little pudge!we are about to go back to school and i want a flatter stomach.I really dont want to loose my butt but my stomach has to go!what are some things i can do at home that will help me loose this stomach fat!?
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

stomach cunches and situps are best. not only do they burn the fat in your stomach but it also tones your but, so instead of losing it your bum will become firmer. lol hope this helps

What you can do to make your stomach appear slimmer quickly is to clean it out. Start eating 5 small meals a day. Do NOT eat too much. Seriously, this causes our stomachs to go giant. Drink the at least 8 glasses of water each day. At first this may seem like it’s bloating you, but after a couple days, your body will know it’s going to get water so it will stop storing it. Also, try to avoid salts which can hold the water in your body. Eat extra fiber so you have a bowel movement each day. Doing this will not only make you seem thinner, but will lead you on the road to eating healthier and eventually losing weight.
So, to build up some muscle in your abdomen, you have to do crunches. Either get a giant excersice ball and do them on there or on the ground. Don’t fall for anything else, it doesn’t work. Start with 50 the first day, and then do 50 for a couple days until you feel fine doing them. Then you can move on to 100, and so on. Sit-ups also work, but I don’t find them enjoyable. Also, work 30 minutes of cardio into your day. This can either be running, briskly walking, vacuuming, or swimming. Anything that raises your heart rate.

if you drink any type of soda…even diet soda…
stop drinking it … you will lose a few pounds in a couple weeks just from not drinking soda of any kind
you will actually lose a bit more size…then weight.. because all sodas cause bloating from the carbonation
and i mean stop drinking it all together…not cut down…stop totally
i lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks just from not drinking soda
if you already do not drink any soda…then sit ups and crunches are the best
and you should do the crunches even if you stop the soda…they will help keep your body toned and fit

also…do not diet!! it is a waste of time in my opinion
you are better off just cutting down your portions a little bit and avoid fast foods
