How do i loose stomach fat, what is a good diet?
Ok I’m 21 5’9 190lbs, I’m well muscle build in arms chest and legs but my stomach won’t shape up. I jog 3.5 miles 3 times a week and lift weights the other 3 days . I’m unable to find a good diet bacause of work, I work the graveyard shift from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, what else can I do to loose stomach and what would be a good diet ??
Eating nutritionally dense foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables really helps. Your body needs high quality fuel to operate at its peak.

Try eating more fruit and less pastry based foods such as cereal and pie or bread. stick to beef and fruit and perhaps a little pasta to minimise calaorie intake
