Nicole, my question is why would you want 2 lose more weight. i myself is 14 yrs old and 5"3. but i weigh 104 lbs. for you 2 be 79 lbs, that’s a shocker!!!! but you said you want 2 lose belly fat, so I’m answer yo, question. what you can do is get involved into a sport. swimming can defiantly help you. it works all the muscles in yo body, including your belly. or try going dancing!!! this is one way to get toned!!! or maybe just exercise at home. you can also try these websites to go to to learn more:
