What your referring to is called "Spot Reducing" and it’s impossible.
What you need to do is cardio exercises, ( running, swimming) and soon you will begin to notice fat loss. Wherever most of your fat is stored, (naturally in the stomach for guys, and in the hips/thighs for girls) will begin to reduce more noticeably than other areas, but you aren’t just burning fat in that area.

You can’t target only one area to loose fat. You loose fat universally all over your body as you loose weight. What you can do is focus on your abdominal muscles so that you develop more muscle tone in your stomach-that may help your stomach look smaller.

The first answer was kinda mean but correct. You just have to start doing your cardio but you cant really control where the fat burns from. But you will lose belly fat.
do wat is called a plank drill. its like a pushup position but on the elbows. do 6 sets of 30 secs for one week and at 10 secs for each passing week. have a one min break btn each set. but its called plank for a reason… no slouching the back or sticking the butt in the air. this is a for sure fixer upper.

Belly dancing is supposed to be a good way to target losing weight and toning up your belly area…
you cant target fat. your body deposits it evenly and it will take it out evenly.
