When I wake up,I drink two FULL Glasses of water,I do not eat until lunch,when I eat,I eat a sandwich and a small amount of chips, 2 more glasses of water,and the water will actually make you full for a bit on top of having an empty stomach. and For dinner,I eat the same thing. and maybe a tiny snack. I also work out, and Do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. But minus the physical labor,the consumption thing is Fine,and when you sleep,you lose 2 lbs,all of it water Weight,but since you have consumed more water than actual food,you lose almost twice the weight as you would if you had eaten more than this plan.
