Just do cardio for 30 minutes a day, with one day of rest a week. Cardio can be anything that gets your heart pumping…brisk walking, jogging, jumping jacks, jump rope, stair climbing, biking…you get the picture. Remember this–doing sit ups or just exercising your stomach area will do nothing. It will tone the muscles under the fat, but it won’t get rid of the fat. The cardio is what will get rid of the fat.
