How do i lose my belly fat?
I know i can do situps and crunches, but they kill my back. I walk alot, and don’t really eat too much, but I’m like 40 lbs overweight and look pregnant. what else can i do to get rid of this stubborn belly fat?
I’m not just wanting to lose belly fat, its the only place on my body that has fat. I am tall and skinny, but have a huge belly.
no actually sit ups and crunches only make the muscle stronger, they dont burn the fat off. You need a good lower cal diet and lots of cardio to burn off fat, any fat. You cant choose where you lose your fat from, spot reduction is impossible.
**regardless, diet and cardio are how u lose fat. Stomach exercises dont burn off stomach fat, thats a myth.
I say keep it! so im not the only one out there who has it! haha. honestly i couldn’t tell you!
sit ups–leg lifts –do the twist–jog
walking helps but not as much as running. people often think i can’t run i’m not in shape. the answer to that is that you can your just lazy or afraid. if you push yourself to actually run 3-4 miles a day in two or three weeks its going to be easy. The problem is its freaken hard when your doing it alone so if you can make somebody do it with you somebody who you know will push you to go faster. and when you want to slow down just think about what your doing it for, it’s important to be healthy.
my workout consists of running 3-4 miles a day, doing 3 sets of 25 push and sit ups, and hitting the punching bag to my hearts content(usually 30-45 minutes not nonstop)
buy AB slide and do some jogging.
Try doing Tae-Bo. It is a great workout and tones your whole body! It tones your arms, abs, thighs, and butt, and everything else. I promise you, i know from experience.
You cant lose body fat in one area,you start losing the fat where you FIRST gained it.Ab workouts don’t make you lose fat in your stomach,all it does is strengthen your core(abs).To lose the fat is to run,use machines like the elliptical,treadmill,and bikes.Also eat like 5 small meals day.Don’t ever skip meals! it will make you hungry later.Make sure you have a good diet too.

Actually, since there is no such thing as spot reduction, all the crunches in the world won’t get rid of stubborn belly fat. To lose
fat you must do two things. Unfortunately there is no quick fix.
1. Eat a diet high in whole, natural foods. Nothing that comes in a can, box, or wrapper. No fast food or junk food. You must eat clean and control your portion sizes.
2. Incorporate strength training circuits and high intensity interval training into your exercise routine and do it 4x per week. No
more long, slow walks. That doesn’t help with fat loss.
Perhaps you are suffering from malnutrition, you did say you don’t eat much. You’ve seen the adds on T.V. with the starving kids with huge bellies. Learning to eat foods that give you an abundance of nutrition combined with natural fat burning capabilities can really help.
